Constance, I met you once in D.C.; I was with your sister. It was a wonderful day, you were so full of life, so full of energy. You lit up everyone around you. I know we will miss your light on earth but your spirit and memory will remain forever in our hearts.

Constance and Sean, her brother, were the children of Virginia and West Tyler. Virginia was white and West black, hence their marriage was not generally embraced by the community. However, they worked hard to build a Janitorial business to support not only the Tyler children, but also Ginger’s three children , Cathy, Mark , and Jeff. Additionally, West the Third, West's son, lived with the family on Golden Dr. in Bakersfield.

Constance’s family is grateful for the efforts of Ephraim Buchwald in overseeing her burial on September 7, 2018. They suggest donations be sent in her name to Hebrew Free Burial. https://www.hebrewfreeburial.org/
Also, many thanks to Karen and Henri.
